  1. I had seen these recently passed on by a friend of my husbands. Peace & Goodwill right? You are so right, sickening & never forgetting is what we owe all of those who died during this horrific period of history.

The photos are our looking glass into that past.

  4. Ahh but are we forgetting? Are we not in extreme danger of doing the same thing to the Muslim race? Here in Australia they are being prevented from building their schools by concerned rate payers, they are forbidden to wear their religious clothing in France, everywhere we look at them askance!Everywhere we are afraid that this one might be a terrorist is this how the young Germans were taught to hate?, Is this not the beginning, are we not teaching our children to hate as their Fathers go to war. We must be very careful now that we are not the ones in the photos in years to come!!!!
Apart from that rant Renee I agree it is good to remember the past and
to remind ourselves what hate can do.
    Love you xxx

  7. *** This has ALWAYS been the most chilling, most atrocious event in history to THINK of, let alone see...

We WENT to Dachau & other concentration camps while living in Germany... to this day, just the THOUGHT of it all makes me weep, and sick to my stomach... I ALWAYS think, amongst so many other things like everyone else, NOT "HOW could this have HAPPENED?"... RATHER, HOW COULD THIS HAVE BEEN A*L*L*O*W*E*D TO HAPPEN????????

  9. Oh the irony of it all! Celebrating the birthday of Jesus, a Jewish man, all the while killing them by the thousands!

How that man manage to brainwash so many people, I'll never know. If only he had used his powers for good...

    Mankind's lowest moment, for sure.

  10. What is chilling is I met someone and her kids that look just like one of those guys, he could be the grandfather. I just hope it never happens again. Some people, if you give an inch, they TAKE a yard.
I'll have to watch the kids to see if they pull the wings off birds.
OOOOOOOh only kidding. I know I am silly..

About Renée Finberg

I have been in this business since the age of 22.

I love what I do and cannot imagine my life without Design.

Design Challenges are great.

And because of those challenges

I have imported fine antique pieces from Paris,

Designed and Manufactured Furniture,

Created Fantastic Window Treatments,

And solved all kinds of spatial & architectural issues

With my unique style.

If I can't find it, I create it.

My rooms would make excellent movie sets.

I am a visual, tactile and audio sensitive individual.

Creating is what I live for, not math, not spelling, not science.

Just Great Design.

Just imagine how it would be if each of us,

If only for a few hours of everyday,We could be in a space that is our very own.A place that is exactly the way we want it to be

Surrounded by all the things we wanted to see,

The atmosphere we wanted feel, smell and the sound we wanted to listen to.
