Who Would Live In This Beautiful Paris Apartment ?
About Renée Finberg
I have been in this business since the age of 22.
I love what I do and cannot imagine my life without Design.
Design Challenges are great.
And because of those challenges
I have imported fine antique pieces from Paris,
Designed and Manufactured Furniture,
Created Fantastic Window Treatments,
And solved all kinds of spatial & architectural issues
With my unique style.
If I can't find it, I create it.
My rooms would make excellent movie sets.
I am a visual, tactile and audio sensitive individual.
Creating is what I live for, not math, not spelling, not science.
Just Great Design.
Just imagine how it would be if each of us,
If only for a few hours of everyday,We could be in a space that is our very own.A place that is exactly the way we want it to be
Surrounded by all the things we wanted to see,
The atmosphere we wanted feel, smell and the sound we wanted to listen to.
Private Paradise

I see this as totally out of place in the city, someone who dreams of living in a chateau deep in the french countryside. Oh no, wait a minute, that's me! I would have to inject a little more colour though, muted, but nevertheless colour! Love the questions you pose us dear friend. You always show us brilliance.
ReplyDeleteMuch love

I use to love when teachers would give us that exact task Renee! Oh, such lovely rooms and my wild imagination could take me about anywhere. I'd hardly care which posh or simple address in Paris, at this point any would do. As long as I could lay my head in that bed with that crown above my head, I'd be a blissful gal. Having Robert Downy Jr. next to me wouldn't be half bad either, but don't share that tidbit with my wonderful husband!
ReplyDeleteI see myself being a tour guide by day and a passionate writer by night. Now, when can I make this happen?
Happy holidays to you dear Renee and hoping it is merry and bright, for you and for your family. Here's to a wildly imaginative and successful 2012 for us all!
Much love,
Deb
There in a heartbeat!

You are kidding right? OF COURSE I would and could happily live there!!! Who wouldn't ? Its totally stunning!!!!!
ReplyDeleteBridget Bardot???
ReplyDeleteLovely, so where is it??
Well it's rather obvious who lives there! It's me and I am a Princess who has lost her crown and her country but I managed to save those pieces that had emotion and heritage to them and now I am set up in a large deteriorating loft on the left bank!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou may come and visit me and I promise I won't make you curtsy!!!
xxxx
O yes..what a beautiful place to live in..
ReplyDeleteYou and me!
ReplyDeleteDare I say a control freak with taste...oops!
ReplyDeleteSorry ladies but although calm and pretty and very tasteful of 2011... it seemed to miss a little soul...or is it just hiding for the photo shoot? All the best of the season to all!
