About Renée Finberg
I have been in this business since the age of 22.
I love what I do and cannot imagine my life without Design.
Design Challenges are great.
And because of those challenges
I have imported fine antique pieces from Paris,
Designed and Manufactured Furniture,
Created Fantastic Window Treatments,
And solved all kinds of spatial & architectural issues
With my unique style.
If I can't find it, I create it.
My rooms would make excellent movie sets.
I am a visual, tactile and audio sensitive individual.
Creating is what I live for, not math, not spelling, not science.
Just Great Design.
Just imagine how it would be if each of us,
If only for a few hours of everyday,We could be in a space that is our very own.A place that is exactly the way we want it to be
Surrounded by all the things we wanted to see,
The atmosphere we wanted feel, smell and the sound we wanted to listen to.

How absolutely wonderful, your Indian summer means our Spring is just around the corner! This has, without a doubt, been the greyest winter I have ever known and I look forward to some sunshine with a little summer rain (That's for the farming folk!) xx Jules
ReplyDeleteI know, I was at the pool yesterday and while it was hot as blue blazes, there also was a feeling in the air that summer was slowing closing out. Maybe because school begins next week and fewer people are the pool, who knows. Love the photos you featured - Indian Summer is a beautiful thing. :)
ReplyDeleteThis is one summer I will be happy to see leave. SO HOT! I so love the leaves in the Fall.
ReplyDeleteI understand though. I love the green too.
have a great day, Renee.

What a pretty post! We're looking forward to Spring here and some lovely colour - I'm picking daffodils!
ReplyDeleteSaying goodbye to summer is always very hard for me. I love it but I love fall too (everything but school which equates to driving, schedules and stress) that last picture is so beautiful it almost has me excited for fall. Almost:)
ReplyDeleteI am OVER summer.....if you call living in a hot bed something to enjoy, Bring on fall then winter...oh ya...let the snow fall! hehe

Sigh! I love, love, love summer and I think it should last another couple of months. Every year, I dread winter. I love not wearing socks, I live in sandals from May to October, I love wearing light clothing and just be able to grab my purse and leave. Can't wait to be an old lady so we can spend half the year down south!
ReplyDeleteDe tout, de rien.
ReplyDeleteoh nooooo
you won't feel that way when you really have to live in heat-
like this heat.
you will miss looking dressed and pretty-
instead of feeling sweaty and dirty all the time
