Gorgeous Plants & Flowers

Gorgeous Plants & Flowers

Since it is Sunday.....
planting and gardening come to mind.

Flowers like animals always cheer me up.

The color of my kitchen -
it is a rich and happy color.
I am considering it for my bedroom in Maine at Mom's place.
Combined with black and white buffalo check.

Now.....what to do with the plants.....

Hand them & pot them.

I loved this image of this nursery.
My heart goes 'pitter patter' when I drive past a nursery.

Does Yours ???

  1. Yes, my heart does the same thing. I always overspend my flower budget, but they make me so happy too. I'm coming to visit you guys in Maine in the Spring or Summer, when you're settled in, I'll sleep on the sofa !!! Love you, babe...

  2. Love those daisies in the rain. I always tell myself that anything I plant outside will return year on year so investment is the key and with that I absolutely blow the budget when I enter a nursery - what self control:)

  4. Renee,

Nurseries are great healers. You don't have to buy a thing just walk through and admire all the living going on. Because believe it or not these plants won't be the same ones you see each time you visit a nursery so having a moment in time really is what happens.

    All the best to you!

  5. It is amazing how happy walking through a local nursery can make me! And then I get home and we work for hours planting it all! We did this yesterday…but this morning it was very nice to see the fruits of our labors and I was glad we had bought so much! Next time I need to bring one of the talented workers from the nursery home with me!

  8. Yes it does. It's kind of like looking at the ocean. Flowers, like animals, cheer you up! I love that, and I love the color orange. Hope you are well and things are moving along.
