About Renée Finberg
I have been in this business since the age of 22.
I love what I do and cannot imagine my life without Design.
Design Challenges are great.
And because of those challenges
I have imported fine antique pieces from Paris,
Designed and Manufactured Furniture,
Created Fantastic Window Treatments,
And solved all kinds of spatial & architectural issues
With my unique style.
If I can't find it, I create it.
My rooms would make excellent movie sets.
I am a visual, tactile and audio sensitive individual.
Creating is what I live for, not math, not spelling, not science.
Just Great Design.
Just imagine how it would be if each of us,
If only for a few hours of everyday,We could be in a space that is our very own.A place that is exactly the way we want it to be
Surrounded by all the things we wanted to see,
The atmosphere we wanted feel, smell and the sound we wanted to listen to.
Private Paradise

Definitely quality over quantity..., with everything.
ReplyDeleteAny destination sets the tone for a memorable moment possibility. For me it is San Miguel de Allende at sunset as a man and his wife parade their donkeys back up the cobblestone streets and drink from the antique fountains, after a long day of touring. The moon light and the lamp light, both in a harvest glow of wash off the red and gold stucco facades.

So true Renee...our memories are everything and the more goodies the better, xv.
ReplyDeleteOh - I am long over due for a memory upgrade, but am so grateful for the ones I have.
ReplyDeleteAnd Venezia - such pleasant thoughts of getting lost in the maze of streets, and shopping for Murano glass and brilliant masks.
Lovely

Ooooohh. Thats a huge reminder of my holiday last year in Venice and Florence. It is sooooo beautiful. I'm off to the Amalfi coast this year. Can't wait, although we are having hotter weather here in the U.K. at the moment. XXXX
ReplyDeleteHi again,
ReplyDeleteI bow to your greater knowledge. as you have been doing this longer than me. Do you think that I should do my pictures larger? I had thought about it and, as I am fairly new to this, I would appreciate your advice. Thanks so much, XXXX
So true. So true.
ReplyDeleteI've never been to Venice..beautiful image, makes me want to plan a trip! Can we bike over there? :>)
