Garden Containers And Planted Steps
About Renée Finberg
I have been in this business since the age of 22.
I love what I do and cannot imagine my life without Design.
Design Challenges are great.
And because of those challenges
I have imported fine antique pieces from Paris,
Designed and Manufactured Furniture,
Created Fantastic Window Treatments,
And solved all kinds of spatial & architectural issues
With my unique style.
If I can't find it, I create it.
My rooms would make excellent movie sets.
I am a visual, tactile and audio sensitive individual.
Creating is what I live for, not math, not spelling, not science.
Just Great Design.
Just imagine how it would be if each of us,
If only for a few hours of everyday,We could be in a space that is our very own.A place that is exactly the way we want it to be
Surrounded by all the things we wanted to see,
The atmosphere we wanted feel, smell and the sound we wanted to listen to.

Renee, I agree with everything. I love the "tree trunk" planters. I am not at all shabby chic so some of this doesn't do it for me. I am awaiting word on your mother, so please let me know how she is. Sending love to both of you....
ReplyDeleteoh ....
ReplyDeleteshe is good.
she made it through with flying colors.
i talk to her several times a day and today is the best day so far

I think that in a "whimsical" garden some of these planted pots would look good. For the most part, though, I'm pretty old-fashioned when it comes to pots. I like my plants potted in terracotta or urns (metal or cement). I prefer a formal or country garden to a whimsical one.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely adore the second pic! Those heads are quite the conversation pieces!!
ReplyDeleteRenee, you can imagine I would love this post! The flowering heads are great...and the cork pots ......look like logs, to me? Beautiful. All the containers have their bit of charm, depending on who loves them and where they are being used....there is no wrong way, in my opinion! N.xo
ReplyDeleteI have got to take a picture of my neighbors gorgeous container garden. He has won so many awards.
ReplyDeleteNow I know what to do with the portrait bust I messed up, lol! Put a wig of greenery on it!
Great post, Miss Renee!
Happy Tuesday.
