Blue and Green Interiors, Walls, & Carpets In Tangiers
About Renée Finberg
I have been in this business since the age of 22.
I love what I do and cannot imagine my life without Design.
Design Challenges are great.
And because of those challenges
I have imported fine antique pieces from Paris,
Designed and Manufactured Furniture,
Created Fantastic Window Treatments,
And solved all kinds of spatial & architectural issues
With my unique style.
If I can't find it, I create it.
My rooms would make excellent movie sets.
I am a visual, tactile and audio sensitive individual.
Creating is what I live for, not math, not spelling, not science.
Just Great Design.
Just imagine how it would be if each of us,
If only for a few hours of everyday,We could be in a space that is our very own.A place that is exactly the way we want it to be
Surrounded by all the things we wanted to see,
The atmosphere we wanted feel, smell and the sound we wanted to listen to.

Renee,
ReplyDeleteI noticed these images some weeks ago in the magazine World of Interiors and they immediately spoke to me a lot! Beautiful wall colors ! A bit mysterious! So so beautiful!

ReplyDeletei know it is like a dream.....

Funny you say that- I just did a post on blue & green last week. I think I was influenced by the incredible beauty seen at Jeffrey Bale's blog- he is traveling in Morocco.
ReplyDeleteI grew up with:-
ReplyDelete"blue and green should never be seen
But green and blue will always do!"
a colour combination I love to use a lot!!!! xxx Jules
I adore the blues in those images - although my favorite is of the woman arranging the flowers. What a great image. :)
ReplyDeleteOh Renée,
ReplyDeleteI am SO guilty of ignoring blue but these images have really changed my mind ....and, who say's that blue and green should never be seen....they go so well together.
Hope you are feeling better. XXXX

ReplyDeletei am telling you....
you can't imagine how many clients i moved from blue to green.
i feel sort of guilty and dumb about it all now.
but i just was NEVER comfortable working with the color
until i had one client in nantucket
-who's palette was tomato bisque, bone, dark cobalt blue with touches of charcoal.
it came out truly divine.
and since then i can do it-
i guess the older you get the more open minded you become.
there is nothing like experience, experience, experience.
xxx ;)
I'm in the same "move out of blue' boat. I have clients away too. These images though definitely change my mind...gorgeous!
