To Trade Or Not To Trade...which will it be for me?

In between my house calls today, I thought that I would stop over 

and see what goes on during the day right where I want to open a small showroom.

While fidgeting through my bag looking for a ciggy and a lighter....

I needed to find a shady spot to smoke so that i could 

get a real feel of the foot traffic.

And what do you know???

A BIG LADY IN BOCA WITH BIG HAIR!!!!

Perfect. I will fit right under her hair and stay a while.

And I stood here smoking and dreaming really good dreams.

I said; "I belong here."

"I can do this."

The space I am pretty set on is right where the pink line is

and stops right above the street

And right across the street is Siberian Floors

-a trade showroom.

Speaking of Showrooms,

this one is fantastic. They only do wood....

and will be directly across from me. 

The finishes are to die for. You really haven't seen anything like their finishes.
