The Pope's NEW LID
About Renée Finberg
I have been in this business since the age of 22.
I love what I do and cannot imagine my life without Design.
Design Challenges are great.
And because of those challenges
I have imported fine antique pieces from Paris,
Designed and Manufactured Furniture,
Created Fantastic Window Treatments,
And solved all kinds of spatial & architectural issues
With my unique style.
If I can't find it, I create it.
My rooms would make excellent movie sets.
I am a visual, tactile and audio sensitive individual.
Creating is what I live for, not math, not spelling, not science.
Just Great Design.
Just imagine how it would be if each of us,
If only for a few hours of everyday,We could be in a space that is our very own.A place that is exactly the way we want it to be
Surrounded by all the things we wanted to see,
The atmosphere we wanted feel, smell and the sound we wanted to listen to.
Private Paradise

Oh Renee,
ReplyDeleteand you went to Saint Annes too.
I want Cardinal Ouellet from Canada
to be the next Pope. This was a funny post.
We will have to wait for the smoke signal.
So much fun!I'm with you - if we can choose our book by its cover -
ReplyDeleteNo.4 looks great!
Oh Renée,
ReplyDeleteI haven't a clue who should be Pope ...... someone in Blogland had written all about the contenders and given very negative reports on all of them !! ..... we will find out soon.
So sorry that I missed your birthday Renée ......hope that you had a lovely day and that cake looked AMAZING. Sounds as if you are having a brilliant time with your mum ! Laughter is SO good for you.
Wishing you the best of luck on your first day in your new job. Can't wait to hear all about it. Will be thinking of you. XXXX
I don't know anything about any of them, but it would be nice for someone from our part of the world to take a turn, so maybe the Canadian. I hope you have a great first day at your new job!
ReplyDeleteAnyone under 50 would be a bonus!
ReplyDeleteMillie xx
What???? No french Cardinal in the running...I am still waiting for a french pope. Would settle for the Canadian Cardinal, at least he has a french name!!
ReplyDeletemerci!!!
Deleteoui!!!
Congratulations on your birthday and your new job!!! As for the Pope, I have to think about it a bit more, I hope that whoever it is is open minded and willing to have a little change in the church. Don't get me wrong, I am Catholic and very traditional but I think people are leaving the church in droves, and not just because of the abuse scandal, and I think that we need to look at why and perhaps make a few changes.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day at your new job!
