So Much To Do
About Renée Finberg
I have been in this business since the age of 22.
I love what I do and cannot imagine my life without Design.
Design Challenges are great.
And because of those challenges
I have imported fine antique pieces from Paris,
Designed and Manufactured Furniture,
Created Fantastic Window Treatments,
And solved all kinds of spatial & architectural issues
With my unique style.
If I can't find it, I create it.
My rooms would make excellent movie sets.
I am a visual, tactile and audio sensitive individual.
Creating is what I live for, not math, not spelling, not science.
Just Great Design.
Just imagine how it would be if each of us,
If only for a few hours of everyday,We could be in a space that is our very own.A place that is exactly the way we want it to be
Surrounded by all the things we wanted to see,
The atmosphere we wanted feel, smell and the sound we wanted to listen to.

Wish you didn't feel so overwhelmed, but it's easy to see why. Big, big changes are underway. Try to take a deep breath and just tackle one thing at a time. And, keep your eye on the big picture: you living your new life in Maine. :)

Brings badk memories of my brain turned to mush, my body feeling like a wounded veteran...I was soooo exhausted mentally, physically and emotionally. But alas its also a great time to PURCE! And I did plenty, just seeing the junk go bye bye gave me new strength and gradually as your personal things find a new home...the dust settles and all is well again:) Best of luck Renee!

Deletethe junk must go....but i am attached.

The door will open...and it'll feel good to get RID!
ReplyDeleteMy lawyer husband is a paper hoarder. As we began our big project, it took me two months and two paper shredders to shred his 38 years of paper SH!$ (plus this stuff we inherited from our parents because no one wanted to throw anything away!). Hard physical work and hard heart work. No way around this. It will get better. Truly. It will. We are with you in spirit wanting all good things to come your way.
ReplyDeleteYou will get through it. You will. One room at a time, one drawer at a time, one box at a time.
ReplyDeleteI know! I'm packing too..., moving to NYC. Can't wait to sea how life will be for you up in Maine!
