DELISH
it is all here...beautifully
About Renée Finberg
I have been in this business since the age of 22.
I love what I do and cannot imagine my life without Design.
Design Challenges are great.
And because of those challenges
I have imported fine antique pieces from Paris,
Designed and Manufactured Furniture,
Created Fantastic Window Treatments,
And solved all kinds of spatial & architectural issues
With my unique style.
If I can't find it, I create it.
My rooms would make excellent movie sets.
I am a visual, tactile and audio sensitive individual.
Creating is what I live for, not math, not spelling, not science.
Just Great Design.
Just imagine how it would be if each of us,
If only for a few hours of everyday,We could be in a space that is our very own.A place that is exactly the way we want it to be
Surrounded by all the things we wanted to see,
The atmosphere we wanted feel, smell and the sound we wanted to listen to.
Private Paradise

There are some strong historic, bold strokes in this space, and then ever so subtly washed with a mauve veil.
ReplyDeleteIntelligencia.
Cheers!
That painting over the fireplace MAKES that room...I couldn't have come up with that in a million years! {and I'll give anything a go}....It's the prettiest room I've seen this week...thanks R...k

At first glance I thought a bit too matronly but looking closer quite the contrary. I love the raspberry pink wing chair & the purple brass studded coffee table. Almost looks suede? Yup, definitely could pack my bags & call it home!
ReplyDeleteOh you love to taunt me : P

I wish I had a designer's eye. I just live vicariously through all of you designers out there who have such "delicious" blogs! Thank you for these wonderful photos. I am learning to look at the details of room decor.

A bit too ruffly for me. I like the contrast with the great painting above the fireplace, though.

It is so different from the way I decorate, I tend towards more masculine patterns and far more edited rooms, but there is no denying the appeal and beauty of these spaces!
