Today At The Design Center of The Americas

This was a run of the mill promo for the D.C.O.T.A. or  Design Center of The Americas, 

But it was featuring a very hot deign team out of Miami.

Anyway I found some things that I thought were fabulous.

The desk is interesting and intricate.

The chair is 'over the top' for me.

I will take a pass on these.

But this really peaked my interest.

I loved this setting.

The chairs are fabulous!!!

I think it may be limed oak.

I was sneaking the pictures....so I had to be quick about it.

The back and the feet are great.

So refreshing.

Very carefully now.......

This blew me away!!

I can see a mermaid sitting in this chair in an ocean front

Palm Beach home.

But wait......

Could you die?

Mom,... I know this will blow you away.

She will love this shell chair.

It is all so easy on the eyess.

Not cluttered.

This place feels roomy.

{it should right?}

This room is cozy to me

but.....

The roof top garden beats all else.

This room is just too calm for me....

BORING.

Shit Tzu - Maltese Mutts.......and other Shit Tzu Puppy People

It is my personal opinion that 'Shit Tzu people' 

are the best people I have ever known.

Besides my 'Horse people.'

If you don't believe me ask any vet if you are looking for a small dog.

He will promise you will not be disappointed.

The list of fine qualities goes on forever.

Never destructive.

Quick Studies!

Easy to house train.

In fact, it is easier 

than training a man to put the seat down.

I would love to know this guy!!! 

Doesn't he look like a fun person?

Or maybe a spy!!!

I bet he knows more than he is telling with those eyes.

I kiss my little girls belly when she is on her back.

{can't do that with a boy shit-tzu.....hahahahah}

This one could be my assistant while selling window treatments.

And they are a 'cooperative people' as well.

VERY.

One of my favorite things to do is to wash the babies.

and watching a movie together....

can't think of many things better than that!

I am sure she is keeping her eye on us to make sure 

that she doesn't miss a thing.

Including any nibbles.

I want to kiss that little face!!!

Mine was once teeny like this.

including the 'Shit Tzu People'....

I was walking in the back room and was 

immediately drawn to this chest.

And what do I find on top.....?

the cutest 'Palm Beachy' table lamps.

Don't they look like parts of a white standard poodle?

I think so.

Now this is one of the most fabulous shops around.

You really never know what you will find.

From some very fine antiques to lovely / pricey trinkets.

It really is a great place for a gift for that special friend in your life.

Check out the chandies.

The palm tree has hand blown glass leaves.

Let me tell you that if you like blue and white.....

AND

CORAL.

You will be amazed.

That is a huge piece of coral for the center piece.

Now these little men needed to come home with me.

They are bronze. Including the shades.

Do you love?

I do!!!!
