After its done baking, fill with ice cream and caramel sauce.
I am not a huge apple pie fan.....
but
throw in ice cream and caramel sauce
then add
whipped cream.
This becomes another story altogether.
And after all I will try anything if the presentation is inviting.
So, here is your starter kit!
....if you wanted to get fancy you could always apply ribbons and studs,
or paint it with eatable paint. Who knows how far you can go?
And add a small pedestal.
After all...
what would the chef at Palace of Versailles do???
CRAZY Right????
But I bet someone tries it!.

Oh what a splendid dessert! Yes, I agree, when you add ice cream, whipped cream and caramel to anything, it becomes heavenly. Or just those three things alone.
ReplyDeleteOh and what would the chef at Versailles do? I suspect he might say: "Let them eat cake!"
ReplyDeletehahahah

Thanks for stopping by my blog Renée. You're absolutely right about Paris, you do come back changed. The history, the richness of the architecture and the arts, so jaw dropping!
