I really want your opinion.
I am going through some real yucky stuff regarding my new showroom.
I know it doesn't look like there is much there.....
that is the yucky stuff I was talking about.
Claudia Strasser brought over her famous french chairs for the window.
Thank g-d for Claudia.
Claudia's blog is http://parisapartment.wordpress.com/
Claudia is my supportive angel
and we will be doing work together at the trade.
VERY EXCITING
I am trying to keep the palm beach vibe.....
hence the doggie bar {water}
What are your thoughts?
I am working my rather large tail off!
I should only end up with a much smaller tail.
....if you follow me

It will all come together.

I love the name, I love the chairs, I love the doggy bar, I love everything. It looks great and it will be a huge success.
ReplyDeleteWell done Renée.All of your hard work will pay off. Keep calm and have a cigarette !! XXXX
.......I just scanned your code onto my iphone.....I am so blown away by modern technology !! XXXX
ReplyDelete'tis very close....an opinion... I would not scatter so much empty space rests the eyes and helps focus...less is more and all that jazz....it will fill up gradually and you will wonder what you were on about...LOVE the doggy bar and the sign!
ReplyDeleteRome wasn't built in a day....so you must be patient and look at this as a project with many layers. As you are contiuously adding things to the store, you are building upon what looks like a beautiful foundation. The key is do it right, listen to your heart and instincts and do not compromise! Worst thing to do in my humble opinion is to open before you are fully ready. You only get to make ONE first impression and I know you want it to be a knock your socks off impression! No doubt you can pull it off.....so far its look splendid!!!! Best of luck.
ReplyDeleteFirst you should give yourself a well deserved congratulations - it looks great!!
ReplyDeleteFor the far wall to the left as you look in - could you find a local artist who'd like to display a large canvas of theirs? Win-win for you both.
It's looking really nice Renee..Can I stop by to say hello next time I'm in the area??..Hope you are having a wonderful summer and all the best..
ReplyDeletelove , Silvia:)

Renee,
ReplyDeleteIt looks marvelous! Look how far you've come, think about where you were a year ago...never in your wildest dreams did you expect to move so fast into the next phase? Well your here now and that's all that matters.
Remember these three things:
People first
Money next
Then things
You'll be ready for what your new clients want. They want you to rock their interiors and you're ready. Now take care of yourself with power naps and lots of walking and cut the crap with the smoking.
When you know better you do better and you will.
Congrats and hooray a true Labor Day Celebration!
