Yep, buckets of Windex, but it's a fabulous look nonetheless. I love the blue of the steps against a white pallete and the black & white rug. Fabulous!
ReplyDeleteA staircase that gives light to a room or hall but will need a hell of a lot of elbow grease to keep it looking good.I would prefer an easier life !
ReplyDelete....and, you can't beat a bit of Gershwin can you Renée ? XXXX

ReplyDeleteGershwin is THE MAN!!!!

Renee, it's all we can do to keep the handprints off the windows and stainless steel appliances with little hands around. We would spend our evenings wiping the stairs. I don't think so...but beautiful.

Renee,
ReplyDeleteLove the glass stairs. The first Apple store I went into several years ago in L.A. California has a glass strairway from the lower floor to the Genius Bar for tech support upstairs. I was so excited, one because I loved the look, two because I love technology and three the thought of a genius bar was out of this world.
I'd love to work in a huge glass office structure with: designers, graphic artists, seamstresses, photographers, and techies.
Glass feels like fresh air to me and a great medium in most environments. After all plants thrive in a glass green house.

The staircase is incredible. It would not work with my family of boys, but Wow, it's pretty cool!
