ReplyDeleteHave a pretty day,
Kristin
I would have to be wearing a white satin dress.
ReplyDeleteLike Carol Lombard.
yes, Carole Lombard, Audrey Hepburn, that wonderful glamourous era.
ReplyDeleteOnly the French can use that much gilt and have it looking right! What a truly magic piece it could find a home with me anytime.Renee, I am not sure where Bridget came from as the rest of the family seem to be Janes and Marys. But I agree the name is older than I thought!
ReplyDeletePefect for the right person...I had to design a french deco apartment once and went shopping at the Saint Ouen market for pieces. It was hard!! as I feel no afinity for the style, but i will admit that the end result was very grand, beautiful and quite formal.
ReplyDeleteI'm always feeling fabulous, Renee !! haha
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful and elegant dressing table. Makes you think of times gone by....of sophistication, glamour and an indulgence of all things glamorous. XXXX
