This Is Sucking The Life Out Of Me

Buyers are sucking the life out of me !!!

I am selling a house in Maine (hahahaha).

That in itself is a joke.

We have rebuilt a classic cottage in Rockland Maine.....

We have rebuilt it from the bottom up.

New windows - new HUGE windows,

new kitchen, new floors,all new walls (insulation)

(Not to mention 90K invested)

It was so cold when we first moved here.

That was because the sub-zero winter winds were blowing right through the walls.

Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, it goes on and on.

NO MORE.

IT IS A NEW HOUSE. 

It is F#cking Gorgeous !!!

The buyers 

don't need to be unbelievably demanding !

OH.....

BUT THEY ARE !!!

I could tell you stories.....

I actually had someone ( a woman)

write me a sad sack letter who wanted to buy the house because 

she ONLY had 80k in cash.

Newly divorced.....

a dog.......

No Kids.

Are you F@cking kidding me ????

I don't know the last time I had 80K after a divorce.

Actually, I don't know many people with 80K cash on hand.

When I got divorced WITH A CHILD (4 ys old)

I had ZIP. 

NOTHING !!!!

I had to pay my EX 30K just to stay in my house.

Call me crazy but 80K can buy you a lot of mortgage.

Am I Right ????

I am just thinking of heading SOUTH.

Timing is the issue, 

and that has me by the 'Cha Cha's'

I feel beat up and exhausted.

Believe me I am....

And I am one of those fragile souls.

It took me a life time to find that out.

I always thought I was tougher than I really am. 

One thing I have learned is this.....

Panic attack ?????

Jump in the shower and wash your hair.

I love this look.

I want a table that is extended and attached to the kitchen.

It is so sharp !! 

Do you not love the cement floor ??

Or at least appreciate it ?

This Is What I Miss And What I Will Not Regret Leaving

                                         

I miss Palm Beach Design.

I mean just look at the ocean...everything.

It is paradise.

 

This is not what I will regret leaving.

I am so done..........! 

Right now I am in the middle of a windy crazy snow storm.

A BLIZZARD. 

Yikes.

 

Skidding around is not my idea of a good time.

I am curious....

this is no way to live.

The poor baby dogs !!!!

 

But then there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I am heading home and can barely stand the excitement.

The condo.

Nor' Easter In Maine - I Can't Take This Anymore !

 

This is like living in a mini hurricane during winter.

 

It's crazy.

But it is dramatic and beautiful in it's own way.

 

Again...CRAZY. 

I am from NYC & Miami Beach.

This is amazing.

FUN - NO, IT'S NOT.

 

The streets are treacherous.

 

I must say to someone from my background....

this is beautiful.

BUT

It causes electric outages all over the place.

Which is no fun !!!!!!!!!!!

Let's just talk about the cars...

They get frozen over.

Just try and open the car door to get in.

NO LUCK.

Pray for me that everything goes smoothly with my new condo in West Palm Beach Florida.
