J.L. Is My Dearest Client

He is Italian.
He wanted his home to feel like tuscany.
I did my best working with the architecture of his home.
These are just a few shots of the living room,
the dining room and the study where he keeps museum quality books.
This man is no less than fascinating,

This is his precious study where all his worldly possessions are kept
on the book shelves and displayed on a few surfaces.

I absolutely love the study.

What do you think so far.......

  1. It is looking wonderful Renée....you have captured that Tuscany ambience ( we were there last summer, so I have a feel for Tuscany ).
I absolutely LOVE that sofa....do you think I could find it in the UK ? I am so in need of a new sofa and that one is great.
You have done a wonderful job. XXXX

  2. Well I think it looks like the kind of home where one feels instantly at ease, and sort of protected from the world outside...a retreat in which to snuggle up with a good book and a glass of the best wine, and just be content. Is that how it feels in real life?

About Renée Finberg

I have been in this business since the age of 22.

I love what I do and cannot imagine my life without Design.

Design Challenges are great.

And because of those challenges

I have imported fine antique pieces from Paris,

Designed and Manufactured Furniture,

Created Fantastic Window Treatments,

And solved all kinds of spatial & architectural issues

With my unique style.

If I can't find it, I create it.

My rooms would make excellent movie sets.

I am a visual, tactile and audio sensitive individual.

Creating is what I live for, not math, not spelling, not science.

Just Great Design.

Just imagine how it would be if each of us,

If only for a few hours of everyday,We could be in a space that is our very own.A place that is exactly the way we want it to be

Surrounded by all the things we wanted to see,

The atmosphere we wanted feel, smell and the sound we wanted to listen to.
