Andi's Favorite Girl

...

My daughter loves Natalie Portman...

so....
here is a peek into her apartment.
What I really want
is your opinion on this living room!!!

The kitchen is nice.....

I haven't researched this at all...
but,
do you think she did her own interior design  ?
Or
had help from a professional ?

{ like maybe her mom's best friend's friend who is a decorator ?}

ummmmmm?????

okay, I will be leaving now.

Are you coming too?

Seriously....
what do you think?

You probably love it,
 and it's just me.

But.... I have to know.....!!!!
Should I take a few cues from this for my new line up in my showroom?
@$%$$#@@YYY??!!
Am I that out of touch?

  1. Hi,

This is my very first time here. I must say you daughter has a good taste. I think Natalie Portman is a fine young lady and an amazing actress.

Her apartment is gorgeous, so different than her house in LA. I've posted about that before. It's totally the opposite from this place.

    Great post!

    Have a great day!

  4. How embarrassing: that decor sucks.

No taste, no talent, no sensitivity.

The kitchen is great, probably because they couldn't find anyplace to hang the potholders!

Maybe the owner will read this and get some advice.

  5. Well, there's definitely some beautiful pieces and elements here. It's just strangely put together. And somewhat bare in some spots. I think they were going for the less is more look. And too much tufting in the living room. Amazing view and a lot of light though!

About Renée Finberg

I have been in this business since the age of 22.

I love what I do and cannot imagine my life without Design.

Design Challenges are great.

And because of those challenges

I have imported fine antique pieces from Paris,

Designed and Manufactured Furniture,

Created Fantastic Window Treatments,

And solved all kinds of spatial & architectural issues

With my unique style.

If I can't find it, I create it.

My rooms would make excellent movie sets.

I am a visual, tactile and audio sensitive individual.

Creating is what I live for, not math, not spelling, not science.

Just Great Design.

Just imagine how it would be if each of us,

If only for a few hours of everyday,We could be in a space that is our very own.A place that is exactly the way we want it to be

Surrounded by all the things we wanted to see,

The atmosphere we wanted feel, smell and the sound we wanted to listen to.
