Three Places I Would Rather Be Today

With My Sore Feet.

Later this morning, around 9:30 am I will be at work.
We are having a crazy sale. The company I work for has blasted the air-ways.
And I expect to be very busy all day.
BUT, I would rather be........

Right HERE! * do you think if I soaked my feet in a giant martini they would feel better?
(The Langham Hotel in London - above)
(I think this Pagoda styled bar is so glamorous. To me, Pagoda is classic)
Or HERE. * I know my soul would be better in Paris.
And definitely HERE!!
*Actually, this would be easy to pull off, if only I could find the time.

Sorry for so few of posts, I still am getting settled in at the new job.
It is 60 thousand square feet of merchandise to learn.....
I miss everyone.

  1. That Paris shot..., it's how I dined in Wilmington, NC in the historic district, in a restaurant that had private balconies. I hope you can still do some of the things after work!

  8. Missing you too, but understand that large retail spaces come first at the moment. Meet you in the Pagoda Bar when all this is finished!

  9. I'd say soak you feet in Epson salt water and drink as many giant martinis required for the feet not to feel anything!

About Renée Finberg

I have been in this business since the age of 22.

I love what I do and cannot imagine my life without Design.

Design Challenges are great.

And because of those challenges

I have imported fine antique pieces from Paris,

Designed and Manufactured Furniture,

Created Fantastic Window Treatments,

And solved all kinds of spatial & architectural issues

With my unique style.

If I can't find it, I create it.

My rooms would make excellent movie sets.

I am a visual, tactile and audio sensitive individual.

Creating is what I live for, not math, not spelling, not science.

Just Great Design.

Just imagine how it would be if each of us,

If only for a few hours of everyday,We could be in a space that is our very own.A place that is exactly the way we want it to be

Surrounded by all the things we wanted to see,

The atmosphere we wanted feel, smell and the sound we wanted to listen to.
