The Life Of Two Rileys

As I mentioned in my last post, I am feeling a bit jammed up.

Not just creatively, but emotionally as well.

I feel as though there is something in the wind....
and I am not sure if that wind will be a good one,
or a bad one when it finally blows through.

Enough about me ........let's get back to you.
I looked everywhere, and finally found this little gem of an idea/inspiration photo for you.
Is this not the best ??? This certainly looks and feels to me , like 'The Life Of Riley' for these two.

If you had banquette seating in your kitchen, and a beloved dog, would you want this in your house ?

I have done this for a client, it is not that costly if you have a Carpenter that you work closely with.
BTW - the seat cushion fabric is what I have on my kitchen chairs.

  2. I would SO do this if I had a banquette...love it love it! I have also seen "built-ins" for puppies in a laundry room! I love that toile too....actually my fave color combo.
R..I feel "jammed" up a bit too, I think it has to do with the transition of seasons...it's been a bit odd I think.
    Blessings and big XXX!

  4. Great banquette seating idea for dogs. Love the dog bone shape carved out of the wood.

My first blog with photos several weeks back was on banquette seating, though I did not show one for the dogs!

I hope whatever is blowing in the wind is something good!

  5. This is fabulous, I have something similar in my "someday design file"...right not the dog crate in the breakfast nook is soooo not attractive.
I'm with you...totally stuck, no blog inspiration, no desire to travel...just plain stuck!

Thank you, you have a great blog...as for the something in the wind, I say if things are slow, find someone who needs your help and help them deeply, anytime we give of ourselves it comes back to us big time and feels great to help...CAM
